HANSHI-VELAYUDAN SASIDHARAN
Hanshi-Velayudan Sasidharan 8th DAN Black Belt who practices and teaches Shito- Ryu traditional karate at Nagercoil Dojo which is functioning as Hombu Dojo (Headquarters) under the name
SHITOKAI KARATEDO INTERNATIONAL. He traveled to
countries like Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia,
China, Hongkong, Nepal, and Sri Lanka to learn and
teach karate.
Born on 16 May 1951 in Nagercoil (Tamil Nadu) having
nearly 50 years of experience in karate. He learned the
traditional arts of Silambam & Kalaripayattu from the year 1967
to 1975. Due to his enthusiasm for karate, he started learning karate

on 1.06. 1976 at Nagercoil under Dai Sensei Moses Thilak. He is the highest-ranking holder in India who received the 6th Dan from Moses Thilak sensei, All India Karate Federation (AIKF), and also the 6th dan World Shito-Ryu Karate Federation. He received 7th DAN from ISKF Japan, WUKO, and WUKF AND 8TH DAN from KIO.

Awarded 7th Dan from ISKF (International Seishin-Ryu Karate Federation) by Soke Okubo Katsumi Waken.
